Eric Sands, Founder and Managing Partner

We are a full-service management consulting firm. Eric has been in the professional services industry for over 25 years, including wholesale, consumer products and industrial manufacturing clients. His areas of expertise include strategic planning, business and management consulting, life / business coaching and training, leadership development, process improvement and outsourced CFO services.

Eric began his career in 1984 at Andersen Consulting and spent 3 years in  serving clients in various industries. He then shifted to industry and served ten years as chief financial officer of a $1B building products distributor where he successfully led a large business and technology transformation initiative.

Eric graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Loyola University with an MBA in Finance and Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
